This Father’s Day, Heath had a much deserved great day! He started the day off by getting a few goodies. One was a travel mug that Grant made with a little help. He also received a cool putter and some swanky golf shoes. Competition beware! He should be golfing or at least putting like Tiger now.
His Father’s Day would not be complete without a big juicy smooch from his top dog!
For our Father’s Day lunch we had a delicious vegetable pizza with strawberries!!!! So yummy! This was also the best picture of Grant with Daddy on Father’s Day.
After lunch, we headed to the park for a nice stroll and some good pictures.
My favorite picture of all! Violet is wearing Grant’s Father’s Day shirt from last year (pictured below). She is definitely a daddy’s girl. Just look at them! So cute!
The first shot was the only shot Grant was going to give us. He thinks his cute smiley face in family portraits is highly over-rated. Ugh! He would rather go explore. He thinks action shots are so much better.
So, after the first shot with me, Grant was ready to get busy. After all there was so much unexplored territory in the park. Violet was not amused at the wiggle worm she had to sit beside.
After taking a few shots of eachother with the babies, we tried our luck at a complete stranger taking a group shot of us. After all, we don’t have any really good shots of all 4 of us. So, this photo is the best we got. It would be a really good photo if it weren’t for some over-exposure and the complete fusspot. You aren’t getting the full effect of the whining and wiggling all around by just this photo. But, trust me, it was all I could do to hold on to him so he wouldn’t fall into this pond.
Here is a happy Grant. Doing exactly what he wants. Sitting on this bridge kicking his feet. He is such a boy! I heart him!
For dinner we went to Ingredient, on the Plaza. Heath had a wonderful Father’s Day. I’m not just saying that either, he told me. And what Dad wouldn’t have a wonderful Father’s Day when he has two of the greatest and not to mention cutest babies???!!!! Heath is definitely one happy Daddy!
